Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Crushly ("the service") is run by Sirtemed LTD, Lordou Vyronos 61, Lumiel Building, 4th floor, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. Company registration number HE 368447, tax and VAT number 10368447A ("we", "us"). You can contact us through the contact form, or by email at hello@crushly.com.

2. What Crushly is

Crushly is interactive romantic fiction for adults. An AI writes each story as it happens, in reply to what you type. All characters, their pictures and their messages are fictional and generated by AI. Any resemblance to real people is a coincidence. Because the replies are generated live, they can surprise you or occasionally be wrong. Treat them as fiction, never as advice.

3. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old, and an adult under the law where you live, to use Crushly. By entering, you confirm that you are. Don't let anyone younger use your device or your account. We delete accounts that we believe belong to minors.

4. Your account

You can play without an account. Your progress then lives only in your browser. If you sign in with your email, we send you a one-time code; there is no password. Keep access to your email secure: anyone who can read it can sign in as you. An account is for one person.

5. Rules of use

You agree not to:

• try to make the stories involve minors, childlike characters or age-play;
• try to make them involve real people, such as celebrities or people you know;
• try to produce content that is illegal where you live, or that depicts non-consensual sex, sexual violence, incest or bestiality;
• use the service to harass, threaten or harm anyone;
• automate, scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its limits, plans or bot checks;
• copy, publish or resell the stories' pictures; they are for your personal viewing only.

The stories steer away from forbidden themes by design. We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

6. Plans

• Free gives you a limited number of messages and some of the pictures.
• Premium gives you full stories, all pictures sent in them, and the galleries of the characters you unlock.

Before you pay, you'll see the price, the billing period, what's included and how to cancel. During testing, Premium may be offered for free, and that offer can end at any time.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract made online. Premium is digital content that starts immediately. When you buy it, we will ask you to agree to immediate access and to confirm that you know you lose the right of withdrawal once access begins.

To keep the service fair and affordable, there are usage limits, such as a daily number of messages and how many new stories one network can start. These limits apply to every plan.

7. Content and rights

The stories, characters, pictures and software belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use them within Crushly. What you type stays yours. You let us process it to run your stories, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability

We work to keep Crushly running well, but it may sometimes be unavailable. We may also change or remove stories and features. The service is provided as it is.

9. Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for what the AI writes in response to your own messages. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer, or our liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited, such as for intent or gross negligence.

10. Complaints

If something is wrong, tell us through the contact form: describe what happened, and add your email if you want an answer. We reply to complaints within 14 days.

11. Ending

You can stop at any time, and you can delete your account in the app (Account → Delete account). That removes your stories, characters and plan. We may end the service, or your access if you break these terms. If you have paid for a period you can't use, the law where you live decides what you get back.

12. Technical requirements

You need an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript and local storage turned on, and an email address if you want an account.

13. Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring claims in its courts. If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. If the change is important, we'll also tell you in the app before it applies to you.
